The rules are simple. The order goes by the number of movies. If there are actors with the same number of movies, it goes by number of franchises. After that, it goes by the order in which the final film they were featured in was featured. If that film is the same, go back to their second to last, and so on to the beginning of their appearances in the Sunday "Bad" Movies. And if all of those are the same, it goes in alphabetical order by last name.
